What is the cost of participating in the CloudTask Marketplace?
It’s free to join the CloudTask Marketplace, complete your profile, search for buyers, and create your own listings. When we send you a payout, we keep 15% of the transaction.
How do payouts work?
All payments from buyers are due before the start of work. Once we receive payment, we take our 15% Marketplace fee and disburse your payout to your business banking account within 3-5 business days.
What is the policy regarding solicitation outside of the Marketplace?
Sellers should not solicit an active Buyer outside the Marketplace for a period of an additional twelve (12) months after they meet or transact through the CloudTask Marketplace.
When I sell a recurring service offering, for how long do I have to collect payments through the CloudTask Marketplace?
Buyers agree to pay you using your Listing Page in the CloudTask Marketplace. All payments need to be made and received through the CloudTask Marketplace for the duration of the Purchase Agreement and for an additional period of twelve (12) months from its termination date.
You may take the relationship directly if you pay a Conversion Fee. The Conversion Fee is 15% of the estimated value of this Purchase Agreement over a twelve (12) month period. The Conversion Fee includes all applicable taxes and is not subject to taxes.
